What do I do to get help during my stay?

You have a dedicated Client Relationship Manager (CRM), who shall be present & introduced to you at the time of your check-in. He/she will be the one-point contact for all your requirements during the duration of your stay with us. In case you need to escalate any matter, the contact details of our Senior Management shall also be provided, along with an escalation matrix, at the time of check-in itself.

Will I get in managing my utilities?

While water & cooking gas charges are included in the rent, you need to pay for, telephone, internet, and electricity consumption on the basis of your actual consumption. For your comfort, we will pay for all the utilities on your behalf and will claim a reimbursement as per actual consumption/bills received from concerned authorities. So, we give you convenience of one-step payment for all your utilities.

Can I request for some additional furniture or change in existing furniture?

We always try to accommodate such requests however complimentary services depends on the availability of requested item.

What about the daily housekeeping during my travel?

Housekeeping services are done 6 days a week from Mon-Sat for proper maintenance of the house.
